Full flat roof replacement for a returning customer in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood — one of several properties we've worked on with this owner over the years. Tore off the existing roofing and wood deck, then installed 2.6" ISO insulation, base and smooth modified bitumen, an aluminum reflective coating, and new galvanized scupper boxes.

Flat balcony roof leak repair on a classic Winnetka stone home. Cleared debris, replaced failing flashing, re-caulked seams, and applied two coats of Gaco Silicone Roof Coating. Also corrected upper-roof drainage with new elbowed downspouts.

Commercial roofing project on a Chicagoland church. Full tear-off and replacement on a steep-slope structure with multiple roof sections. Copper flashing and copper details throughout.

Re-roof with asphalt shingles on a multi-story commercial building. Removed existing gutters and downspouts throughout. Installed new gutters on the big dormers — one on the east side and two on the south side of the building.
